For what end use/ purpose will I get the loan for?

You can take the Loan for the following:

  • Purchases of – farm equipment & implements, milch animals and related dairy equipment, property, stock, shop /plant and machinery.
  • To replace high cost of borrowings, construction or improvement of owned property.
  • Capital investment to enhance production capacity. Addition/Modernization of business enterprise.
  • To meet temporary mismatch of cash flow, for doing business and income generation activities etc.
  • Education of children, to meet medical and other exigencies etc.

Who is eligible to apply for these loans?

  • You should be living in our Branch catchment area (to know more call on 8101777555)
  • Individuals, who fall in the age bracket of 18 to 60 years
  • Farmers, Salaried, Self-employed professionals (eg: MBBS/BDS doctors, charted accountant etc.)
  • Self- employed nonprofessional (eg: Shopkeepers, Traders, Manufacturers, Service professionals, Dealers)

What do you mean by doorstep service?

Branch Relationship officer will visit your home to explain the product, pick up the documents and help in filling the application

What are documents required to get the loan?

  • The below mentioned documents are acceptable
Valid List of Documents for Proof of Identity & Address
  • Voters ID Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • NREGA Job Card
  • AADHAAR Card

*Customer Self attestation is required on every document.

Mandatory Documents
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Form 60 (as applicable) is mandatory.
  • AADHAAR collected as address proof, need one below mentioned supported address validation documents mandatory along with AADHAR Copy
    • Utility Bills (e.g. electricity/telephone/post-paid mobile/piped gas/water bill)
    • Property or Municipal tax bill
    • Property Document reflecting the address
    • Ration Card
  • Income documents, if available (Example- salary slip, milk statement, ITR, Sale and Purchase bills, GST returns etc.)

How will I know if my loan is approved?

  • SarvaGram’s relationship officer will personally hand over the sanction letter
  • Or you can visit the nearest branch or contact the Branch relationship officer who visited you at home

How do I know when is my next EMI due?

Once the loan is disbursed, you will receive a repayment schedule which mentions your EMI date and amount.

What are the methods to repay the loan?

Monthly repayment is directly collected from your bank account. You will have to ensure that your bank account is suitably funded with the EMI amount, well before the due date.

Where can I make the payment if I have missed my payment date?

Call your Branch Relationship Officer who will come and collect against proper receipt or you can visit the nearest branch and make the payment.

Are there any charges for late EMI payment or missed EMI?

  • Yes, there are charges.
  • We will recommend that you never miss the EMI date as it impacts your Bureau credit score and future loan eligibility.

Can I make a payment in advance for my EMI?

Yes, you can.

How can I view/ know details about my loan documents?

The branch will provide the list of documents submitted by you while taking the loan.

How do I get my security PDC returned?

After successful closure of the loan the PDC will be destroyed at our end.

Can I pre-pay or foreclose my loan?

Yes, it is possible to foreclose the loan at any point of time during the tenor, subject to Terms and conditions.

How do I get my foreclosure letter?

After successful closure of your loan, you will get no dues certificate from the branch on request.

When will I get my original documents back?

After successful closure of your loan, you should contact your nearest branch for the original documents.

Will the insurance be done for both the applicant and the co-applicant?

Only the applicant will be insured.

Is the insurance done for the natural death or accidental death or both?

Insurance is done both for natural and accidental death for the tenure of the loan.

How to cancel my Insurance Policy?

Insurance policy cannot be cancelled.

How can I get my certificate of insurance?

The certificate of insurance is couriered to you by the insurance company directly.

Can my application get rejected?

Approval/rejection of financing is solely at discretion of SarvaGram Fincare Private Limited.

What is Credit Bureau Score and why is it required?

Credit Bureau Score is your credit score which reflects how well or how poorly you have dealt with loans or credit cards in the past.

The higher your Credit Bureau Score, the better your chances of getting a loan or credit card application approved in future.

How can I improve my Credit Bureau Score?

  • To improve and maintain a healthy Credit Bureau Score, ensure you pay your credit card bills and loan EMIs on time and you should not have multiple outstanding on unsecured loans or credit cards.
  • Having a good Credit Bureau Score increases your chances of getting a loan approved faster.
  • Timely payment of loans will help you maintain healthy Credit Bureau Score.

Your Credit Bureau Score reported by Credit Bureau department is one of the key factors that determine your eligibility for a new credit product.
